This was an awesome hotel with access to the river walk outlets inside! However, the get to the outlets in the hotel was closed each time we checked so we had to walk down the stair on the outside of the hotel. It was very clean and close to the cruise port, which was the purpose of the trip. Definitely recommend if you are cruising!

The room was clean and spacious. I had a really nice view of the city and the river. I liked everything else about the room. The bed was comfortable, and the TV worked well.

Friendly staff, taxi's available quickly, walking distance to most areas, shopping available, and many food options in the hotel.

Our room was perfect. It had nice space and a great view. There was no noise and the rooms are very clean. I had no problems with locating the room although this is a large hotel with many floors. I would stay here again if in New Orleans.

The staff was great, bed was outstanding and very clean . We were pleased with the location of the room and the view.

Rooms and Hotel clean. On the most part everyone was friendly and helpful except for the gift shop girl. She acted like we were bothering her. Location great.

Housekeeping staff did not clean the room the entire time although it was requested. However, they did text upon arrival and were very quick to bring any items requested such as fresh towels, coffee, water. The hotel was shut down over a year and everyone that returned appears to be happy to be back to work, but I think the gaps such as lack of cleaning exists due to shortages in staffing as many didn’t return and if you’ve tried to hire lately you know many don’t want to work anymore!
