Hilton New Orleans Riverside

This was an awesome hotel with access to the river walk outlets inside! However, the get to the outlets in the hotel was closed each time we checked so we had to walk down the stair on the outside of the hotel. It was very clean and close to the cruise port, which was the purpose of the trip. Definitely recommend if you are cruising!

The room was clean and spacious. I had a really nice view of the city and the river. I liked everything else about the room. The bed was comfortable, and the TV worked well.

Our room was perfect. It had nice space and a great view. There was no noise and the rooms are very clean. I had no problems with locating the room although this is a large hotel with many floors. I would stay here again if in New Orleans.

Rooms and Hotel clean. On the most part everyone was friendly and helpful except for the gift shop girl. She acted like we were bothering her. Location great.

Facility overall was very nice, clean and staff was accomodating.
